Service Description

Stretch therapy, helps to increase the range of movement in a joint by stretching muscles, tendons, and fascia. This stretching helps elongate resting muscle fibers over time. This provides a larger range of movement which can help relieve pain and reduce the risk of injury. Stretching can also help re-balance muscles and tendons that are working unevenly. Add in stretching sessions to help prolong massage benefits.

Cancellation Policy- Client must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment or they will lose their deposit. If a desposit is lost you cannot use it towards another service.

Communication is Key! I'm not a stickler for cancellations, but I would just appreciate your respect of my time and a heads up notice as early as possible. I completely understand that life happens, financial things come up or you just plain don't feel like coming in. I get it, I don't need a reason just a "can't make it" text is better than a no-show because it allows me to fill the slot with someone who may be in pain or to go home early and spend time with my family. And I'll always ask if you'd like to re-book, not to pressure you, but to make sure that you have a space reserved for when you do want to come back! **No show/ no call clients will be billed an invoice and unable to book again until paid in full **
