Heyhey! I'm Alexandria, I am a one person Small business Massage Studio located in City Center, Newport News, VA. Through my private Massage practice I strive to calm your body's nervous system to help relax tension stored in the body. After helping the nervous system I use my integrative tools to help re-align your body for better blood flow and mobility. Promoting overall well-being in order to keep the mind & body healthy. With over 12 years of experience I use a variety of methods like Structural integration, Lymphatic drainage, Sports therapy (stretching), Craniosacral therapy, Lomilomi, Cupping, Trigger point, Deep tissue, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Positional Release Technique, and Reiki all integrated into each session to provide what is necessary to help you feel and move better!
